All reschedule requests must be submitted by email to email@example.com for approval. Please include the following:
Apartment rental and original stay dates
Reason for cancellation
Cancelled flight # (if applicable)
New booking date request (dates cannot be within 3 days of any holiday)
OFFICE HOURS ARE 8AM TO 6PM
