Do I need a rental car?
Yes, we recommend it. Uber is not in abundance in the area. We also offer the option to book a local driver.
What size beds are in units?
All the bedrooms have queen beds. The two-bedroom units have a day bed in living room.
Are the beaches safe to swim?
Luquillo is a surfing town, however; there are plenty of safe places to swim and have a relaxing beach day. 14 miles of unobstructed shoreline and lots of areas to swim.

Is there Parking?
Yes, parking is on the street in front of the building. It is plentiful and safe. If you let us know in advance that you will have a vehicle we can reserve your spot with orange safety cones.

We provide guests with a few items to make their own delicious breakfast such as fresh eggs, pancake mix, local coffee, and herbal tea, spices, cookware, and utensils.
Is there a washer and dryer in the unit?
No, but we offer a wash and fold laundry service for $10 a load.
Are there restaurants close by in walking distance?
Yes, there is a variety of restaurants, food trucks and markets within walking distance: such as Boardriders Surf Bar, Simple Foods Truck, and more.
